Not so good

I'm at home today and feeling grotty.

All the worry of the last few days has, unsurprisingly, caused a really nasty IBS flare up.

I did drive into work, but only managed to last a couple of hours before wimping out. My manager seemd OK about it, but I'd really wanted not to have to take any more time off.

Home now and about to go for a sleep after loading up on painkillers and anti-spasmodics.
