Sometimes I feel like its a big dream we havent woken from yet. It might not be our own personal dream but someone else is dreaming it for us. I'm weird though

Go (re-)watch The Matrix.

In its mildly facile film-plot way it might not, in truth, tell you much about the nature of reality. But at least you can enjoy looking at Carrie-Anne Moss in that outfit, which may take your mind off the existential angst.
