Oh it's real. I got my copy of the book at a meeting with the Home Server team here at CES in Las Vegas. It's at the top of my list of best marketing campaigns of the year already, and I suspect it will stay there.

Its unlike Microsoft to make an advertising campaign that doesn't suck. Maybe next time they can make a product that doesn't suck.
