Another quick update
Oct. 19th, 2003 12:44 pmHow am I feeling? OK I suppose
I've had a couple of rough nights of broken sleep as I'm weaning myself off the sleepng tablets I've been on for about 10 days and I've still got loads of stuff rattling around inside my head.
Work was endurable on Friday - I just got on with stuff and waited for formal notification of the various warnings. It did not materialize and I was told by my boss that they were reviewing their decision based upon linking illness to the other disciplinary matter. We shall see.
I'm off work all this week and I've set Alexi and I the task of laying floorboards in one section of our attic. We've got all the materials and I'm about to po over to Elrond's to borrow Power Tools! Muhahaha - I will takle care and I do plan for the 2 of us to still have all our fingers and other extremities at the end of the work.
There is little progress on the job front - Gamnes Workshop don't want to interview me which is disapointing, but not unsurprising. However, a certain credit card vompany in Northampton are interested in me.
