In the bad books

the_mendicant and had been downstairs making her a packed lunch for the day ahead. Alexi had finished his breakfast and was heading upstairs to change. We were dicsussing the liklihood that Mendi had got up and was getting dressed:
Who: I wonder if she's moved yet?
Alexi: You mean out of the bed?
W: No, not as much as that?
A: Perhaps a finger then?
W: It's more likely that the pages of her book will have moved!
A: Do you know Mum in the morning in like Plate Tectonics [thinks] That's it! Mother Tectonics
W and A: [giggles and laughter]
Mendi: I heard that and youtwo are SO in trouble!
Do you think I need to get her flowers and chocolate? ;@)
Update: She's up and has alrady left the house to attend an Inland Revenue course on Company Director's Benefits - somehow I don't think this Company Director will be getting any benefits for the next day or so! ;@)
