I have just been struck by the oddity of the sandwich I'm currently nibbling away at (and feeding the keyboards imps with the crumbs) This culinary masterpiece is simply white bread with unsalted butter and garnished with celery salt. I've no idea where I got the idea for it, but it works for me. What do you think of my choice and what is your secret sandwich filing?
