What a Rhythm!

	Northfield Burger Van at Rhythm Festival - August 2006 Last weekend was the Rhythm Festival and Northfield Farm had it large! I had an excellent crew for my first festival "going solo" Here's the crew: 2ic and all round uber festival-bunny...sarah_mum Grillfraulein 1st class...snowyfeline Lieutenant Server...Kev (WINOLJ) Corporal Punishment...arachne Chef de fromage, du pain et d'onion...oedipamaas49 Apprentice Server...Zoe (WIOLJBHFHU)* * Who is on LJ, but has forgotten her username
	Syd from Fastlane Roogleator We "bonded" with Syd from the band Fastlane Roogleator. They rocked! And we got a tremendous name check from them during their set. A sausage, bacon and egg roll is now a Roogleator after Syd consumed 3 of them in an hour to stave off Sunday's hangover.

We all worked really bloody hard at the event, but managed to pack in a lot of lughs and fun as well. One particular moment I shall remember is walking into the arena on the Sunday evening when Jerry Lee Lewis was playing and being waved at by the happy punters we'd served throughout the weekend. It seemed as if we'd served everybody. We probably had..we sold over 2,500 burgers in two and a half days - result!
