I've had a really good week and have felt healthier and happier than I have in a long time. To cap it all I have the prospect a wonderful weekend to look forward to. However, I'm stuck here in the office until 16:30 and time is absolutely crawling by like an ant with 4 broken legs.

Please can you help me out by suggesting things I could do to pass the time?
