I'm not sure why I'm awake at this hour...05.20ish. Probably because upstairs cats are having a mad half-hour and are clattering around at high speed and also because I'm a tad excited about the forthcoming weekend. Pretty much all of my family have managed to acquire tickets for Wales v South Africa at the Millenium Stadium tomorrow. So later today I'll be collecting my big brother from Stansted Airport where he'll have flown in from Oslo and we'll drive over to Cardiff. On Saturday we'll meet the rest of the clan to go to the game. I'm sure there will be some sober moments, and some quiet moments, but I suspect they will be few and far between. There may even be some rugby too.

I confidently expect to return on Sunday with a the mother of all hangovers and no voice to speak of!
