Have already *hug*ged Kate, but here's some for you as well, as I know only too well that when someone you love is ill, the worry involved is far more intense than if it's your own ailment.
*hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug*
You'll both be fine. As she said, it's been diagnosed *before* it's a problem. Nurse Katie knows best.
i want to hug you both. lots. it may be a feeble affair, as my rucksacks heaviness has done some damage to my shoulder. so i applied japenese paste to it and its all numb hot and tingly. i love you both. you mean so much to me as spare parents, and more as friends. without you i would have left home long ago. i love you. xxxxxxxxxx
They say medical personnel make the worst patients. ;-) My uncle the retired doctor certainly seems determined to prove them right! He's got chronic pulmonary problems, and will sit there and turn blue before he'll consent to use his oxygen.
I am not going to give you a hug as you've gotten so many already. But my most sincere and best wishes will help you both going through all this. All in all, avoid the job-related stress and take care of each other. That's what is most important in life. Work is only there to help you both live your life so don't make it more than what it is and try to have fun. French *hugs* anyway!

Date: 2003-09-10 02:10 pm (UTC)You definitely have my sympathies.
Hopefully it will turn out to be nothing of major consequence.
