No More Moping!
Apr. 7th, 2004 06:22 amI’ve just been reading back through my Journal to find information on my party poll and something struck me. I write about the good stuff that happens, but I’m very good at accentuating the negative. This fits with one of Mendi’s assessments of me – she pointed out that I chart my life as a series of setbacks, failures and disasters. I can’t help but agree and its one of the things that I’m trying to address with my psychologist.
Consequently, I’m going to try a lot harder to record the good things I achieve each day. I’m still going to be honest with myself and record the setbacks, but I’m going to try and be more positive.
( I’m going to start with yesterday: )
