I had another Key Achievement yesterday. I manged to complete a very stressful morning that involved packing the car for the trip up here without exploding and "going off on one." I managed to accomplish this with the help of:

the_mendicant who was very kind and patient with me.
Alexi and Ivan who pretty much kept out of my whenever I growled at them.
gardenpixie who came over and told me I was special and gave me lots of hugs.
Packing took longer than planned, because Maggie needed a bath and a 101 other jobs cropped up before we could set off. However, it wasn't a problem as we'd not told Mendi's parents when to expect us. In the end we got up to Harrogate in the middle of the afternoon after an uneventful drive up the A1.
We've not done much since being here, but what we have done has been ( relaxing. )
