I seem to have pains everywhere. One feature of the run up to Christmas and the Christmas break was lots and lots of pain. Pain in my shoulder, pain in my neck, pain in my lower back. I put it down to the work at the farm; crunched my way through pain killers and just got on with it. However, it doesn't seem to have got any better. I returned to the farm yesterday and managed to do something nasty to my lower back. I was in the process of trying to roll-out the silage bale from hell and something sort of went and felt all rippy and warm and gave me so much pain it wasn't funny. Whenj I got back on my feet again I was able to carry on and finish my work. I've made it into work today on strong painkillers and Japanese Muscle Relaxant patches. However,I don't have an easy day and will be spending it bent over the sheep (enjoy your sniggers!)

I know I need to rest my back, but I also know that we need me to work. I really hate being on the horms of a dilemma; it makes me very, very wibbly. And the Tramadol doesn't help much either - wheee!

I've been to the Doctor's and am waiting for a physio referral - that usually takes a copule of weeks...but it hurts NOW!

Do any of you have any knowledge of herb use? I'm trying to find a herb that will inhibit mold growth. We want to find something to do this on the farm that does not include the use of strong chemicals. I seem to rememeber reading in an old Herbal that certain oils are very good at inhibiting mold growth. I've tried looking on the web without success
