Flogging my meat!
May. 17th, 2006 06:23 amI'm off on my travels this week. Northfield has a stall as the BBC Good Homes Show at the NEC and I'm heading up to Birmingham to set up our stall. If all goes well I won't be heading back to Rutland tonight; instead I will be motoring down to Chumenham - rar! I'll be working at the Show on Thursday and Sunday. The big news is that the stall will have a special guest star on Sunday - my rather excellent Chum!
I'm up early to get my stuff together and get up to the farm as soon as possible. I need to check all the animals before I even start mobilising the troops to find and load all the kit I will need for the 4 days of the Show. The 1200 burgers and bread rolls are the easy things to find. We know where they are. Finding the right set of show kit when it hasn't been used since September is another matter.
