An Update from Madrid

Well I’m here now and in the emerging tradition of flickgc I shall give you a report on my hotel:

Name: Hotel Crowne Plaza
Room: 1603 <- 16th floor – awesome views of nighttime Madrid and the Palace
Standard of Room: Immaculate, but could have more toys (better music system)
Standard of Bathroom: Scrummy – a huge bath and a place to wash my socks and robes and and and
Food: Mmmmm – just had loin of pork with a goat’s cheese and cream sauce served with caramelised apricots and peaches; accompanied by a rather fine bottle of Rioja. I know that Brekkers will be good because I’ve been here before (lots of times)
Talent: None of any sex on display :@(
Nightlife: Too tired to look, but its rather noisy out there.
Shopping: (I know this will annoy some) but I’m too tired to look for that as well.

<> I’m going to bed now, but I’d just like to say that the past weekend was wonderful and LJ has provided me with 4 people that, I know will become firm friends in the Real World. <>
