Today I will mainly be drowning in snot and trying to stop my head exploding.

My sheep, cows and pigs are going to love me sneezing all over them (it makes a change from them slobbering over me)

It is also snowing in Rutland - that will make finding and counting the white lambs a bit more interesting.

On the cow front we have 50 plus head of Dexter, 4 Native Angus and a couple of White Parks. We've got 4 Gloucester Old Spot pigs with 8 piglets and 2 New Zealand Kune-Kune mini-pigs.

We've only got a light dusting here and it's turning to sleet. however, the damp and the wind are making it bone-numbingly cold.

I'm just off out to give the two pet lambs - Eloise and Libby their first bottles of the day.

On another topic, I'm currently using skype chat (like GUI IRC, that is, real-time typing with animated emoticons), and skype voice is apparently great...

We may be getting 3 Saddleback Sows and a boar in the next few weeks to build up the pig side of the business. We don''t really need them, but the piglets really draw in the punters :@)
