I have to get up at 03:50 tomorrow morning! Therefore it is a good idea to get lots of schleeeeeep. Consequently, about 30 minutes ago I popped a lovely little Stilnoct sleeping tablet. It's effecs kicked in whilst I was talking to Sarah and I got quite a bit more irrelevant than normal. I think the door frame to my en-suite started to shimer and weave like a trixie thing. I'm fighting the effects to make this post and to tell Sarah how absolutely ace she is and that I love her to bits.

Anyway, I shall exit conscioiusness stage left in the style of a physically and emotionally bruised Mel....>

Did you know that it's going to be my birthday soon. I'm not having a party in Rutland this year - not the right thing to do. I may do something else - who knows.
