	Property in Rhos on Sea A very interesting property that I may or not have looked at. Its about 2 miles from my mam's house, is 100 yards from the beach at Rhos on Sea and would make an excellent small restaurant with B&B accommodation :@)

Ah yes. I'm probably not going to have such geat views from my wee flat. I'll see what I can come up with when I'm buying. :)
