I'm still tentatively looking at buying another house (all on my own this time!), but the whole prospect frightens me, and has me reaching for the gin. And we all know what I'm like after gin, don't we? ;)
Sadly, I don't have that many beer tokens to hand - in fact, I only have about 1/3 of that....

Aw, that's nice to know. If not at the end of the month, then I'm in Brum for 5 days in April for a Vet's conference (working on the admissions desk) - we could maybe meet and do gins?
