It's deja vu time! I'm sitting in the Singapore Airlines lounge at Heathrow about to head out to Asia again. Another two weeks of missing those I love. I'll try and update as usual and let you know how I'm getting on and I will check to see how you are all getting on.

i walked into school, because i may have had an email. i also knew you would have posted xxxxxxx
cycled to dads cos email would not work, varnished a door, went out to lunch, and then cycled/walked to yours as knee went wrong.
7 and a half miles done today...
