I don't think I'm feeling at all well

I don't think I'm at all well. I'll try and describe my symptoms and hope that you can give me some advice of what I should do.
My hangover faded through the morning due to the application of copious amounts of water and one painkiller.
I ate my lunch without any ill effects and then decided that I had been sitting in one place for too long and needed to get some fresh air.
I went for about a 20 minute walk and kept the pace as fast as I could. I was concerned about how the heat and humidity would effect me but I continued on.
This is when the trouble started. I had walked to the end of a wooded path near where I work and decided it was time to head back. I turned around and then something strange started happening; it felt really weird and I seem to remember something like that happening to me years and years ago. My feet started to lift off the ground faster and faster and my arms started pumping. I didn't like it at all - it felt like a fit, but after searching my memory to the event from long ago I made a mental connection. I was, I can hardly bear the shame of saying it, running.
Please tell me what I should do - I think I need help!!!
